Justine was appointed Chief Financial Officer effective 1 July 2025. Her portfolio includes Finance, Treasury, Tax, Property and Investor Relations.

Previously Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Worley, Justine has a strong understanding of the Worley business and an in-depth understanding of public company reporting requirements and capital structure. Her prior experience includes senior finance and operational leadership roles, with the finance leadership roles focused on capital and financial management, strategy and policy.
