Vladislav Dobrokhotov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as an External Advisor for the City of London Corporation's Natural Environment Board, Vladislav has been the Executive Director of the British & Commonwealth Chamber of Commerce in Finland since May 2015, achieving significant membership growth and high-profile event management.
