Stéphanie Michiels

Stéphanie Michiels has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Stéphanie currently holds the role of Head of HR BE at Wortell since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an HR-consultant at Ascento starting from October 2023. Stéphanie served as the HR Director at The Reference from September 2020 to September 2023. Stéphanie also worked as an HR-adviseur at King George - The mad creative agency from January 2022 to July 2023. Stéphanie has experience as a CHRO at AquaSecurity from April 2019 to September 2020. Before that, they served as an HR Partner at Durabrik, one of the leading players in the residential construction industry, from September 2014 to April 2019. Stéphanie has also worked as an HR expert in Talent Mobility at ascento from January 2010 to August 2014. Stéphanie started their career as an HR Consultant at QFISH in May 2008 and then moved to PZ as an HR Consultant from July 2007 to April 2008.

Stéphanie Michiels attended Ghent University from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Master's degree in "Licentiaat in de Psychologie, optie bedrijfspsychologie en personeelsbeleid." Stéphanie then continued their education at Ghent University in 2006 and 2007, studying "AILO" without obtaining a specific degree.
