Nolan Greenberg is the Founder and CEO of Worth Search, a tech-focused recruiting firm based in New York City. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Recruiting at Compass from May 2014 to June 2019. Before that, they served as a Headhunter at Carrington Fox from June 2010 to May 2014.

Nolan Greenberg earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
