Janna May Boelke

Janna May Boelke serves as the Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at Worthe Real Estate Group since November 2014, where responsibilities include acting as the sole legal counsel for a diverse range of real estate matters including acquisitions, leasing, and construction. In addition, Boelke holds the position of Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs and General Counsel for Krismar Construction Inc, providing legal guidance and risk assessment related to project operations. Prior experience includes serving as an attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from 2003 to 2012, specializing in real estate and land use, and participating in pro bono efforts for the Tejon Ranch Conservancy. Earlier, Boelke contributed to the TGR Foundation, enhancing sponsor relations and fundraising efforts. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Stanford University and a Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law.
