Ethan Ragouzis

Ethan Ragouzis is an accomplished Transformation Manager at Worthington Industries since May 2014, currently overseeing continuous improvement initiatives at the Cleveland plant. Previously, Ethan held the roles of Transformation Site Lead and Quality Specialist, contributing to plant improvement and quality transformation efforts. In 2013, Ethan completed an Industrial Engineering internship at Worthington Industries, focusing on the implementation of Cost of Quality metrics. Prior experience includes a role as a Management Engineer at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, promoting departmental productivity through data analysis, and serving as an Industrial Engineer at Clippard Instrument Laboratory, Inc., where Ethan developed a manufacturing cell for electronic valves. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University, earned in 2014.
