Kenneth Hoffman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kenneth started their career as a Tax Consultant at Arthur Andersen, where they gained experience in corporate tax issues. Kenneth then joined Cardinal Health, first as the Manager of International Tax and later as the Director of Treasury and Director of Operational Excellence in both corporate deployment and center of excellence. In these roles, they implemented Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen principles to improve operational efficiency and led various teams and initiatives.

After their time at Cardinal Health, Kenneth founded and served as President of LCV Consulting LLC, where they provided lean consulting services to organizations in various industries, delivering end-to-end business transformation projects. Currently, they are the Director of Transformation, Building Products at Worthington Industries, where they lead the deployment of the business system across various functions and oversees transformation activities at manufacturing plants.

Throughout their career, Kenneth has demonstrated expertise in lean principles, problem-solving, and strategic improvement initiatives, resulting in increased profits, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Kenneth Hoffman has an MBA in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996. Kenneth also has a JD in Tax and Securities from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, completed from 1990 to 1993. Lastly, they hold a BS in Finance from Michigan State University, acquired between 1986 and 1990. In addition to their degrees, Kenneth has certifications as a Certified Treasury Professional, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and is a member of the Ohio Bar Association (inactive).
