Matt Youmans

Matt Youmans has a breadth of work experience in various industries. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Technical Support in an internet startup called AboutPhace.com, which unfortunately did not succeed. In 2002, they joined Worthington Industries as an Oracle Applications DBA and later became a member of the Transformation Team, optimizing sales and implementing industry best practices. In 2010, they worked as an Integrated Planning Manager at Precision Specialty Metals, responsible for purchasing, inventory management, inside sales, and production control. Finally, in 2013, they returned to Worthington Industries as a Delivery Lead on the Commercial, Finance, and HR Agile teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery of solutions.

Matt Youmans earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) in Management Information Systems (MIS) from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2003. Matt went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Investment Management at the same institution from 2006 to 2008.
