Director European Sales - Alternative Fuels Heavy -duty Vehicles at Worthington Enterprises

Olaf Godlewski has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Olaf is currently the Director of European Sales for Alternative Fuels Heavy-Duty Vehicles at Worthington Enterprises since December 2023. Prior to this, Olaf held various roles at Worthington Industries, including Director of European Sales for Alternative Fuels Heavy-Duty Vehicles and Deputy Sales Director for Alternative Fuels Heavy-Duty Vehicles in Europe. Olaf also worked as a Key Account Manager for Alternative Fuels Heavy-Duty Vehicles at the same company. Before joining Worthington, Olaf was a Sales Manager for Electric Vehicles Solutions at BMZ Poland and a CEE Region Special OE Department Manager at HELLA. Olaf also worked at SKF Group as a Sales Manager for OEM Automotive Poland and as a Business Engineer for OEM solutions. Olaf's early career included positions at Mercedes-Benz Polska, where they worked as a Service Advisor and a Sales Manager in the Spare Parts Department.

Olaf Godlewski received a Matura degree in Technika samochodowa/technik from Technical Car School No 1 in Warsaw in 1998. Olaf then went on to earn a Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) degree in Usage and Maintenance of Cars from Warsaw University of Technology from 1998 to 2004. In 2004 to 2005, they pursued postgraduate studies for managers in the Department of Economy Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including Certification of Accreditation SPIN Technika Efektywnej Sprzedaży in 2007, Certified Mercedes-Benz Service Advisor in 2005, and Auditor of ISO 9001:2000 System in 2000.
