Ginger McNicol

Ginger McNicol has been a Director of Internal Audit at Worthington Steel since December 2023. Prior to that, at Worthington Industries, Ginger held positions including Manager of Internal Audit and Manager of Financial Reporting from January 2018 to December 2023. Before joining Worthington Industries, Ginger worked as a Senior Manager at PwC from 1999 to 2017. Starting their career as a Staff Accountant at Longanbach, Guisti, Kuck & Hornberger from 1997 to 1999. Ginger earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting & Criminology from Capital University in 1996.
