Saurabh Jain

Saurabh Jain has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Saurabh started their career as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Limited, where they gained expertise in SQL, C++, and database query. Saurabh then worked as a Summer Intern at L'Oreal India before joining TheSportsCampus.com as a freelance cricket reporter, where they extensively covered IPL-2. Saurabh also had a brief stint as a Product Management Intern at Baxter India Pvt Ltd. Saurabh then joined Emergent Ventures India Pvt Ltd as a Consultant, and later founded P3 - People's Pani Puri, where they served as the Founder. Saurabh then worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant before transitioning to worxogo, where they held multiple roles. Saurabh started as the Manager of Management Consultancy & Persuasive Technology, where they managed team performance and key client relationships. Saurabh then became the Senior Manager of Delivery, playing a crucial role in the growth of the company. Currently, Saurabh holds the position of Head of Customer Success at worxogo, where they drive customer satisfaction and success. Throughout their career, Saurabh has demonstrated their ability to conceptualize, design, and deploy digital products and solutions for leading organizations. Saurabh has also contributed to the growth of worxogo by raising Series A funding for the start-up.

Saurabh Jain completed their post-graduate studies in Marketing and Strategy from the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology Engineering from Sir M.Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology (Sir MVIT) in Bangalore from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, Saurabh completed their schooling at Sri Daulatram Nopany Vidyalaya, although specific dates and degrees obtained have not been provided.

In terms of certifications, Saurabh Jain obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in May 2022. Saurabh also completed the Tableau 10 from A to Z course from Udemy in January 2018 and the Machine Learning A-Z - Hands-on Python & R in data science course from Udemy in September 2017.
