Rajiv Manalal has also held leadership roles in companies such as Hero BPO, Hero Mindmine, HCL Infosystems Ltd., Edge Business Solutions Private Limited, Motif Inc, HCL Technologies, Daksh BPO Services, and RPG Paging Services Limited. Rajiv holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Jiwaji University and an ASCE degree from Cambridge, Delhi.
