Carrie Beyer is an experienced arts producer currently working at WOSU Public Media since October 2021. Prior to this role, Carrie served as the Senior Manager of Multimedia for Marketing and Strategic Communications at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center from 2010 to October 2021, where the focus was on producing high-quality videos and animations while guiding the marketing team. Carrie's career in video production began at The Ohio State University BioMed Media Group, where from 2000 to 2010, responsibilities shifted from videographer to managing a small video production company, overseeing the planning, production, and delivery of numerous videos for various clients. Carrie holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Photography and Cinema from The Ohio State University, earned between 1987 and 1991.

WOSU operates public radio and television stations licensed to The Ohio State University including WOSU Public Television, 89.7 NPR News (89.7 FM), and Classical 101 (101.1 FM). WOSU's digital presence includes online news coverage, a mobile app, podcasts and more. WOSU has a vibrant outreach to the educational community and serves educators and caregivers living throughout central and southern Ohio.
