Currently serving as Master Franchise for "AQUI A Tua Remodelação," Paulo plays a pivotal role in the largest construction franchise network in the world in Portugal. As Co-Owner and Board Member of WOTELS HUB, Paulo has been instrumental in establishing the largest Portuguese Hybrid Hospitality and Lodging Chain, achieving significant revenue growth within six years. Involvement in YPO as an Executive Committee Board Member and Chapter Chair Gold highlights a commitment to fostering leadership and member engagement. Previous roles include CEO Europe at Unifi and CEO at Groundforce, alongside managing partner at Fair Value Investment.
