Robert A. Brenes

Robert A. Brenes, MD, CWSP, WCC, FACCWS, serves as the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Wound Care Specialists, LLC since June 2010. Prior to this role, Robert held the position of Chief Resident in General Surgery at Saint Mary's Hospital from July 2007 to June 2014 and served as a Surgical Anatomy Instructor and Lecturer for the Physician Assistant Surgical Residency Program at Yale School of Medicine between July 2010 and June 2012. Furthermore, Robert contributed as a Post Doctoral Research Fellow in the Interdepartmental Program in Vascular Biology and Therapeutics. Robert earned an MD from Ross University School of Medicine (2003-2006) and pursued studies at the University of Connecticut (2001-2002) and The Ohio State University (1999-2001).
