Alicia Russell, MBA, LPN, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alicia Russell began their career with Nightingale Services, Inc. as a Scheduling Coordinator from March 2012 to April 2013. Alicia Russell then joined UF Health Jacksonville as a Financial Representative from April 2013 to December 2015, and later as a Human Resources Associate from December 2015 to June 2017. Concurrently, Alicia served as a Medical Technician in the US Air Force Reserve from October 2010 to present. Alicia Russell then transitioned to the Wounded Warrior Project, where they held various roles including Talent Acquisition Coordinator from July 2017 to October 2019 and Talent Acquisition Specialist from October 2019 to August 2021. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Specialist in the same organization.

Alicia Russell holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Brenau University. Alicia Russell also has an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training from the Community College of the Air Force, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia.
