Amy Oberbeck Kaiser has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Amy began their career as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Client Focused Media - CFM in 2010. The following year, in 2011, they served as the Communications Manager at BluePrint Public Relations, a student-run agency, and then undertook a Social Media/Public Relations Internship at Gielow Marketing. Later in 2011, Amy joined AuthenTec as a Marketing and Communications professional. In 2012, they worked as an Account Executive at CBCInnovis, before joining Gate Hospitality Group as a Marketing Coordinator in 2013. Amy joined Fanatics, Inc. in 2016, assuming roles such as Organizational Communications & Engagement Coordinator, Communications Coordinator, and Collateral Materials Artist. Amy briefly worked at Jackson Jaguars as Jax Pack Captain from 2014 to 2021. From 2017, Amy worked at Wounded Warrior Project, initially as a Marketing Coordinator, before progressing to the roles of Internal Communications Specialist and presently as the Internal Communications Manager. Their tenure at Wounded Warrior Project continues until the present.

Amy Oberbeck Kaiser obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication- Public Relations from the University of North Florida. Amy attended the university from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in "How to Be a Positive Leader (Blinkist Summary)" from LinkedIn in October 2020.
