Douglas Moore has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2016. Douglas started their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they held various leadership positions for six years. In this role, they supervised and trained a team, implemented policies and procedures, and developed organizational and training plans.

In 2013, Douglas joined Nationwide as a Claims Specialist. In this role, they investigated and settled automotive claims cases, ensuring compliance with government policies. Douglas also maintained knowledge of insurance lines, court decisions, and policy changes.

From 2014 onwards, Douglas worked at the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP). Douglas Moore obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from The Ohio State University, specializing in English, Creative Writing, and History. Later, in 2023, Douglas pursued further education at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and successfully earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, finishing their studies in 2025.
