Application Administrator at Wounded Warrior Project

Dylan Crissman has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to 2023. Dylan began their career at ADT as a Customer Support Agent from April 2014 to February 2017. Dylan then transitioned to SilkRoad, where they held the position of Customer Success Specialist from February 2017 to March 2022. During their time at SilkRoad, they provided project management, advisory, and training to Human Resource clients, specializing in the Learning Management System and Recruitment Software. Additionally, they troubleshooted and customized features as needed. Following their tenure at SilkRoad, Dylan joined Tideworks Technology as a Customer Success Specialist from March 2022 to January 2023.
