Kaitlyn M. has a diverse range of work experience. Kaitlyn is currently working as a Public Relations and Content Coordinator at the Wounded Warrior Project starting from March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Reporter at the Jacksonville Business Journal from June 2022 to March 2023. Kaitlyn also worked as a News Reporter at Carolina News and Reporter from January 2022 to May 2022.

Kaitlyn M. has also gained research experience at the University of South Carolina. Kaitlyn worked as a Researcher from October 2021 to May 2022, where they focused on studying the qualifications women need to work in elite political institutions and the impact of unconscious bias. Additionally, they served as a Research Assistant for Dr. Jessica Schoenherr, assisting in demographic data collection for major legal campaigns.

Kaitlyn has also held leadership positions in the Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity, serving as President from August 2020 to May 2022. Kaitlyn was also a Historian from January 2020 to August 2020, and a Marketing Intern from June 2020 to July 2020.

Kaitlyn M. has gained political experience through internships. Kaitlyn interned at Congressman Clyburn's office from September 2021 to December 2021, and at the Evan Guthrie Law Firm from May 2021 to September 2021.

In addition, they have worked as a Writing and Communications Intern at the UofSC College of Engineering and Computing from September 2020 to May 2021. Kaitlyn also served as an Academic Tutor at the UofSC Dodie Anderson Academic Enrichment Center from August 2020 to May 2021.

Lastly, they worked as an Assistant Editor at Thee Big Spur from August 2019 to May 2020, gaining experience in editing and content creation.

Kaitlyn M. completed their education in a chronological order. Kaitlyn attended Winter Springs High School from 2014 to 2018, excluding any specified degree or field of study. Afterward, from 2018 to 2022, they studied at the University of South Carolina, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs. In 2020, Kaitlyn obtained certification in Leadership in Action from Phi Sigma Pi Leadership in Action, and in 2022, they acquired the Leadership Advancement Society certification from Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity. Kaitlyn also became a Leadership in Action Facilitator from the same institution in 2020.
