aren McRae has over 28 years of experience introducing new medical technologies to international markets by initiating and managing clinical trials and directing distribution and sales. Ms. McRae has worked with a number of growth-oriented start-up businesses as well as large corporations such as Medtronic Sofamor Danek and Surgical Dynamics. Ms. McRae has managed clinical trials across the globe and currently manages their clinical trial in the United Kingdom.

A former consultant to the World Health Organization, Ms. McRae’s footprint spans Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Her expertise is in technologies applicable to the spine indication, especially minimally invasive technologies.

Ms. McRae is currently an Editorial Researcher for Eurospine and a Charter member of Spine Arthroplasty Society (ISASS), IITS, and AO spine Society.

Ms. McRae received her BA in Nursing and is a registered nurse.
