Ivaylo Petkantchin

Ivaylo Petkantchin has accumulated several years of experience in the field of data science and engineering. Ivaylo started their career as an engineering intern at Hitachi Central research Lab in 2015, where they worked on developing a new measurement device as a member of the signal processing team. After completing their internship, Ivaylo joined Kayrros in 2016 as a data scientist, where they worked until 2017. Ivaylo then moved on to Fujitsu France, where they held the position of data scientist from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Ivaylo joined Rakuten as a senior data scientist and remained with the company until joining Woven Planet in 2022. Currently, they hold the role of senior data scientist at Woven Planet.

Ivaylo Petkantchin obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree in Data Sciences/ Big Data from École Polytechnique between the years 2015 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended Télecom Paris from 2012 to 2015, focusing on Signal Processing/Machine Learning.
