Jack Yan

Jack Yan is the Vice President of Woven IT, and Head of Arene Tools at Woven Planet Holdings*. As the Head of Woven IT, he is responsible for the company’s IT infrastructure including cloud, network, end-user and software development tools. He is a member of the Toyota Technology Steering Committee that drives digital transformation within Toyota Motor Corporation.

As the Head of Arene Tools, Jack is responsible for developing the best-in-class tools to enable an optimal experience for vehicle developers including a SDK, Automotive DevOps, automated testing frameworks and Over-The-Air (OTA). He is passionate about enabling the delivery of continuous happiness to the customers with regular software updates.

Prior to joining TRI-AD in 2019, Jack served as the Chief Information Office (CIO) of Nomura IT Shanghai, and has spent over 20 years in the banking industry where he held a number of senior technology roles at Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, and Nomura. Having lived in Malaysia, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and China, he has extensive experience in building multicultural global organizations and enterprise platforms.
