Richard Pearson

Richard Pearson has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. In 2014, they worked as an Activity Leader at St. Andrew's College. From 2015 to 2016, while studying at university, Richard worked as a part-time Software Engineer at Millar Callaghan, where they maintained and added new features to the job and parts tracking system. Richard used Agile methodologies and technologies such as Python, Django, JS, HTML, and CSS. In 2016, Richard also had a summer role as a Technology Analyst at J.P. Morgan, where they worked in an Agile team and utilized Python, Java, BASH, and other technologies for automating build and deployment processes. Concurrently, they worked as an Undergraduate Demonstrator at the University of Glasgow, helping students with Java programming and software engineering concepts. From 2017 to 2020, they held various roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., starting as a Technology Analyst and later becoming a Software Associate and Senior Software Engineer. Richard joined Deliveroo as a Senior Software Engineer in 2022, before moving to Woven by Toyota in 2023 as a Senior Software Engineer.

Richard Pearson attended the University of Glasgow from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering.
