Rory Spire

Rory Spire has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries.

Currently, Rory is the Global Head of HR Business Partners at Woven by Toyota since February 2023.

From January 2015 to February 2023, Rory worked at Apple as an HR Business Partner.

Prior to that, Rory held a series of roles at Nomura Securities from 2008 to 2014. These roles included Executive Director, Co-Head APAC Global Markets HR Generalist, Vice President Equities HR, Business Manager in the Equities Division, and Investor Relations.

From 2005 to 2008, Rory served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Lehman Brothers.

Before that, Rory was involved in Corporate Development at HPAIR from 2004 to 2005.

Rory began their career at American Express in 1996, where they worked as a Manager until 2002.

Rory Spire completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in the College of Social Studies at Wesleyan University from 1992 to 1996. Following this, from 2002 to 2003, they attended Sophia University, although there is no information about the degree obtained during this time. Finally, Rory Spire pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in East Asian Studies at Harvard University between 2003 and 2005.
