Ryza Rynazal

Ryza Rynazal has a diverse work experience, starting in 2019 as a Data Analyst Intern at Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation. In 2020, they worked as a Bioinformatics Engineer Intern at Genesis Healthcare - GeneLife and as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Tokyo Institute of Technology.

In 2021, Ryza held positions as a Neuroscience Research Assistant at Hiroshima University, a Machine Learning Researcher at RIKEN, and a Machine Learning Researcher at Jakarta Artificial Intelligence Research. During their time at RIKEN, they implemented a U-NET architecture for brain image segmentation and initiated the creation of a new dataset for neuron detection. At Jakarta Artificial Intelligence Research, they developed an open-source python-based Machine Learning library for satellite imagery and contributed to the integration of new satellite imagery datasets.

In 2021, Ryza also worked as a Machine Learning Engineer Intern at Woven Planet Holdings, where they collaborated with the Automated Mapping Platform team to develop an HD map for autonomous vehicles. Ryza conducted a Proof of Concept for road lane count prediction and developed an algorithm for road feature extraction from satellite imagery.

In 2022, Ryza joined Incubit Inc. as a Machine Learning Engineer Intern, and in 2023, they will start working as a Software Engineer at Woven by Toyota.

Throughout their work experience, Ryza has demonstrated expertise in areas such as software engineering, machine learning, bioinformatics, and neuroscience research.

Ryza Rynazal completed a Master of Engineering in Bioinformatics at the Tokyo Institute of Technology from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Transdisciplinary Science and Engineering from the same institution, spanning from 2017 to 2021. Before entering university, they attended Pribadi Bilingual Boarding School Bandung from 2013 to 2016 and SMPN 1 Banjar from 2010 to 2013, though no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for these periods.

In addition to their formal education, Ryza Rynazal has obtained various certifications. Ryza received certifications in Convolutional Neural Networks in TensorFlow, DeepLearning.AI TensorFlow Developer, Introduction to TensorFlow for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing in TensorFlow, Sequences, Time Series and Prediction, and Natural Language Processing with Classification and Vector Spaces from deeplearning.ai, all in December 2020. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Python for Data Science and Machine Learning Bootcamp from Udemy in September 2019.
