UX Design Lead at Woven Planet Holdings

Steven W. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Steven started their career as a Freelance Production Designer at TAXI in 2007, followed by a role as a Research Assistant at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. in 2008. In 2009, they joined We The Collective Design Inc. as a Senior Producer and Designer, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 onwards, they established their own business called Steven Weigh Design and Illustration, where they worked as a Designer and Illustrator.

In 2019, Steven joined Cross Compass, Ltd. as a Senior Designer. In this role, they were responsible for working with engineering teams to deliver AI products to clients and collaborating with management to define the company's brand. Steven introduced Human-Centered Design practices to the engineering teams and oversaw all phases of the design process, including concepting, interaction design, visual design, and launch. Steven worked at Cross Compass, Ltd. until 2021.
