Tianhong Li

Tianhong Li currently serves as an Assistant Manager at Woven Planet Holdings since April 2022, having previously held the same title at Rakuten from April 2015 to April 2022. In this role, Tianhong leads the TECH Talent Management Team, ensuring the timely completion of HR tasks and supporting management and employees with performance management and international mobility. Additionally, Tianhong has experience in designing and implementing global performance management and mobility programs. Prior internship experience includes a position in Human Resources at Mitsubishi Research Institute in late 2013. Academically, Tianhong holds a Master's degree in International Area Studies from the University of Tsukuba, an exchange program in Tourism from Rikkyo University, and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Sun Yat-sen University.
