Filipe Graeff

Filipe Graeff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and leadership. Currently serving as a partner at hum negócios virtuosos since May 2019, Filipe focuses on solar power generation for distributed electric utility. In addition to this role, Filipe acts as a mentor at InovAtiva Brasil and as an investor at WOW Aceleradora. Prior experience includes a tenure as the executive director at ETM Engenharia Ltda. from February 2000 to December 2019, overseeing multiple sectors including legal, commercial, human resources, finance, procurement, and quality control. Filipe successfully led market expansion efforts and contract negotiations while also implementing integrated management systems and ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
