Saskia Palts has worked in the media and marketing industry since 2014. In 2020, they began working as a Media Investment Manager for WOW MKTG. From 2015 to 2020, they held several roles at Media Counselors Inc, including Manager of Client & Media Services, Assistant Manager of Client & Media Services, and Strategy and Research Coordinator. In 2014, they were a Corporate Partnerships & Hospitality Intern at Homestead-Miami Speedway. During their roles at Media Counselors Inc, they utilized strategic thinking to research, plan, negotiate and execute media plans to promote client products and increase ROI. Saskia also developed digital marketing efforts for clients, acquired Google and Centro DSP certifications, and assisted main account representatives to gather information for market research, evaluations and post-buy analysis of advertising campaigns.

Saskia Palts obtained their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management/Event Management from Florida International University between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Travel & Tourism from Miami Dade College from 2011 to 2014.
