Alamgir Golder

Alamgir Golder has over 17 years of experience in Retail Business Development, Operations Management, and Customer Service Management. Alamgir worked as a Senior Manager and Circle Head of Operation for Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., managing operations in various regions. Alamgir was responsible for strategic planning, business development, quality standards, training and development, and budget management. Prior to that, they worked at Domino's in multiple managerial roles, including Senior Manager, Deputy District Manager, Store Manager, and various assistant manager positions. Currently, they are an Associate Vice President at Wow! Momo, where they oversee business expansion, operation excellence, channel sales, and food technology integration.

Alamgir Golder's education history is as follows:

From 1992 to 1994, they attended West Bengal Board Of Secondary Education where they obtained their Secondary (10th) degree.

From 1994 to 1996, they attended West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education and completed their 10+2 degree in Pure Science (Phys, Chemis, Bio and Maths).

From 1996 to 1998, they attended the University of Calcutta and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General.

In 1998-1999, they underwent Industrial Training at India Tourism Development Corporation.

From 1997 to 2000, they pursued Hotel and Catering Management at IIHM.

In 2014, they participated in High Performance- Train The Trainer-India program at Domino's Pizza.

In 2015, they completed the Operation Leadership Development Program (OLDP- 01st Batch) at Jubilant Foodworks Ltd.

In 2015-2016, they attended the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad where they earned an Executive Certificate Program in Management (ECPM-01).

In 2016-2017, they undertook training on Food Safety Management system as per FSSC 22000: 2005 and obtained a Certificate of Training from DVN.GL.

In 2016, they were certified as an OER auditor by Domino's Pizza International.
