Chef Parbin Rai

Chef Parbin Rai is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various esteemed positions within the food industry. Currently serving as the Corporate Chef at Wow! Momo since May 2019, Chef Parbin previously held the role of Pan India Brand Chef for Wow China from May 2019 to May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Backyard Cafe and Soo Yung from June 2017 to June 2019, as well as at Orchid Banqueting and Fine Dining Restaurant from November 2016 to November 2017. Chef Parbin also worked as a Sous Chef at Light Camera Action from February 2014 to October 2016. Chef Parbin's foundational education was completed at St. George High School in Pedong.
