Rajashekar Saladi has extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Rajashekar started their career as a Management Trainee at Hotel Sea Shell Inn in 2000, followed by a role as a Management Trainee at Amrutha Castle Best Western Hotel in 2001. In 2002, they worked as a Line Chef at Princess Cruises. From 2005 to 2009, they served as the Managing Director at Olives Institute of Hotel Management & Culinary Arts. Rajashekar then joined KMK Event Management Limited as an Executive Chef, where they were responsible for catering large functions and overseeing daily operations. In 2012, they became the Corporate Chef - Culinary Innovations at Barista Coffee Company, where they managed new product development and implemented virtual costing programs. Rajashekar held this role until 2019. Currently, Rajashekar Saladi is an Associate Vice President R&D at Wow! Momo, where they continue to showcase their expertise in the culinary field.

Rajashekar Saladi pursued their higher education from 1990 to 1993 at Siddhartha Public School in Hyderabad, where they completed their SSC. Later, from 1997 to 2000, they attended the Indian Academy of Catering Technology and Culinary Arts, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Catering Technology and Culinary Arts.
