Diann Brooks

Diann Brooks is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and customer service. Since September 2010, Diann has served as the Arcade Manager at Wow! Zone, overseeing the Arcade, Laser Tag, and Mini Golf areas, including hiring, scheduling, and operational troubleshooting. Prior to this role, Diann worked as a Customer Service Representative at Fine Impressions from December 2002 to August 2010, ensuring customer orders were tailored to the unique manufacturing process. Diann also has project management experience from Taylor Corporation, where responsibilities included scheduling and implementing software changes for the in-house system OASIS. Diann completed a course in Computer Science at South Central College from 1985 to 1987.
