Kimberly Windle has extensive experience in brand strategy, customer marketing, and communications across multiple prominent companies. Currently serving as the Director of Brand Strategy & Customer Marketing at WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone since November 2020, Kimberly has also held roles such as Director of Customer Engagement & Loyalty and Senior Manager of Retention Marketing. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Manager of Consumer Contact Center Communications at CenturyLink and various managerial roles at AT&T, including Senior Project Program Manager for Entertainment Communications. Kimberly's foundational experience includes strategic communications management at DIRECTV and early career work as a Production Assistant at WOWK-TV. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Marshall University.
