Matthew Gonzales is an experienced Senior Manager in digital products and user experience, with a background in digital marketing and web marketing. With a Bachelor's degree in Advertising - Account Management from the University of Colorado Boulder, Matthew has successfully led and managed support escalations and impromptu questions, established best practices and procedures, and facilitated mentorship programs in various companies such as WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone, Omada Health, and Genesis Media. Prior to their current role, Matthew also owned and directed two competitive dance companies, showcasing their diverse skill set and leadership abilities.
