Lane Ball

Lane Ball is an experienced news reporter at WOWK 13 News since March 2018, specializing in uplifting, informative, and unbiased news stories for Northeastern Kentucky, Southwestern West Virginia, and Southern Ohio. Prior to this role, Lane served as a video editor at Ohio University from May 2017 to March 2018 and engaged in manual labor at Ball and Sons Construction from June 2009 to March 2018. Lane holds a Bachelor's degree in Specialized Studies - Broadcast Journalism and two Associate's degrees in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia, and Electronic Media, both earned at Ohio University and Ohio University-Southern Campus between 2015 and 2020.
