Steven Lawhorn

Steven Lawhorn is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a strong background in the media and sports industries. Currently serving as the Local Sales Manager at WOWK 13 News since February 2020, Steven previously held the position of Senior Marketing Consultant at WVNS-TV 59 from March 2009 to February 2020. Other notable roles include Manager of Corporate Sponsorships with the Washington Mystics in 2009, Corporate Sales Manager for the Salem Avalanche Professional Baseball from 2007 to 2009, and General Manager/Assistant General Manager at the Wilson Tobs Baseball Club from 2003 to 2006. Steven began their career as a Sales Executive for the Princeton Rays Professional Baseball in 2003. Steven earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Concord University, completing studies from 1998 to 2003, and attended Fayetteville High School from 1995 to 1997.
