Nikolay Zhdan

Nikolay Zhdan has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Nikolay started their career as a QA Engineer at Itransition in 2009 and worked there until 2010. Nikolay then joined A1QA as a QA Manager, where they developed software analysis and quality assurance strategies, managed teams, and provided customer care. In 2013, they joined Webmart Group as the Head of QA Department before moving to WebmartSoft in 2014 to work as their COO. In 2015, they became a Project Manager at Webmart Group, overseeing various projects until 2017. Currently, they serve as the Chief Technology Officer at Wowmaking.

Nikolay Zhdan earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Resources Management from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus from 2006 to 2011. Nikolay also obtained additional certifications, including participation in the Software Quality Assurance Days'13, an author's course for QA Managers and Team Leaders from A1QA in 2012, an achievement letter for English Accent Correction Practice from Itransition Group Ltd. in 2011, and a Productive Interview certification from A1QA in 2011.
