Brad Deibel

Brad Deibel has over 18 years of work experience in human resources and organizational development. Brad is currently the Director of People Operations at Wowza. Previously, they worked as the Director of Human Resources - Product and Strategy at Charter Communications from 2018 to 2021. Before that, Brad held various roles at Quantum from 2010 to 2018, including Director - People Programs, HR Business Partners & Recruiting, Manager, US HR Business Partners, and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to their time at Quantum, they were the Professional and Organizational Development Manager at the University of Southern California from 2006 to 2010. Brad also worked as an External Consultant for the Mayor's Office of Los Angeles in 2008 and as a Bullscast Host at Sportscasts LLC from 2005 to 2007. Brad started their career as an Organizational Effectiveness Analyst at Allstate Insurance Company from 2005 to 2006 and as an Analyst at Accenture from 2003 to 2005. Throughout their career, Brad has demonstrated expertise in areas such as performance management, leadership development, employee relations, and strategic planning.

Brad Deibel obtained their Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, where they attended from 1999 to 2003. Brad went on to pursue an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, graduating between the years 2007 and 2010.
