Allan Montalvo

Allan Montalvo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical account management at WP Engine since September 2013. Allan currently serves as a Sr. Technical Account Manager, where responsibilities include providing innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention, mentoring new team members, and fostering strategic growth for clients. Previous roles at WP Engine encompassed positions as a Sr. Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager, both focused on managing a substantial revenue base and leading process improvement initiatives. Allan began their career as a Technical Support Specialist and held roles in customer service at Best Buy and YMCA of the USA. Additionally, Allan served as a Radio Operator in the United States Marine Forces Reserve, gaining valuable technical and leadership skills. Allan is a high school graduate from Bastrop High School, class of 2010.
