Ashley Rice, MBA, serves as the Senior Director of Enterprise Program Management (EPMO) at WP Engine, where a strong focus is placed on guiding teams toward optimal strategic value delivery. With extensive experience in portfolio management, program and change management, and M&A integration, Ashley excels at developing best practices in lean portfolio management and mentoring aspiring professionals. Prior to WP Engine, Ashley held several leadership roles at Charter Communications, overseeing technology delivery and agile management, where key achievements included implementing custom portfolio management systems and maintaining a PM Center of Excellence.
