Sarah Coffey

Sarah Coffey is a Culture and Learning Specialist at WP Engine since June 2024, having previously held roles including Senior L&D Specialist and Learning and Development Associate at Web Summit from June 2016 to February 2024. At Web Summit, Sarah facilitated training for new employees, coordinated onboarding across international offices, promoted internal learning and development initiatives, liaised with online learning platforms, and contributed to creating a culture of continuous learning. Prior experience includes positions at Harvey Nash @ Google as a Staffing Services Associate, at Amazon as a Recruitment Coordinator, and various roles in fund analysis and customer service. Sarah holds a CIPD Certificate and Diploma in Human Resources Management from the National College of Ireland and a BA in Business Studies with Accounting and Finance from the University of Limerick.
