Judith West

Judith West (formerly Heale) has extensive experience in business development and marketing, primarily within the healthcare and human capital management sectors. Judith currently serves as the Appointed Representative of WPA Healthcare Practice Plc since January 2017, following a brief partnership of less than a month with the Western Provident Association. Prior to this, Judith was the Head of In-house Lawyer at Gregg Latchams Limited, where responsibilities included developing a new service for SMEs. Judith's earlier roles include Business Development Manager at Lee Hecht Harrison, Capita, and Coutts Career Consultant, with a focus on sales and service delivery in human capital management. Judith began a career in sales management at Rentokil Initial, leading a top-performing team. Educational credentials include a Level 3 qualification from the Chartered Institute of Insurance and Financial Services and a degree in Spanish, French, and Business from the University of Wolverhampton.
