Remziye Yilmaz-Bozkus

Remziye Yilmaz-Bozkus, Ph.D., is a Project Manager for PPA Origination at wpd GmbH since January 2023, overseeing wind and solar projects across Germany, Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Previously, from January 2021 to December 2022, Remziye served as the ESPON Contact Point for Luxembourg at the Ministère de l'Énergie et de l'Aménagement du Territoire, facilitating communication and representation of ESPON projects. An accomplished researcher, Remziye's academic path includes roles as a Postdoctoral and PhD Researcher at Ghent University, focusing on energy policy and international relations, with multiple publications in scientific journals. Prior experience also includes positions within the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the European External Action Service, and fellowships at Emerging Leaders in Energy and Environmental Policy Network and Turkish Industry and Business Association.
