Kevin Nugent has a strong background in finance and management. Kevin co-founded WPD Management and served as a Principal at Cornerstone Capital South, LLC. Prior to these roles, they worked as an Associate Vice President at Madison Capital Funding LLC and as an Associate at Wells Fargo Bank.
Kevin Nugent attended Northwestern University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

WPD Management is a full service property management firm that specializes in the South Side of Chicago. We do third-party management including services such as renovations, leasing, and 24/7 management. Beginning in 2010 with a single 3 flat, WPD has experienced tremendous growth and now manages 3,700 units and counting. WPD has a close-knit and entrepreneurial culture with an attention to results and exceptional service.
