Mac Hay

Mac Hay has worked in various roles related to facilities management. In 2014, they completed an internship at PADNOS, where they assisted the facilities management team with daily operations and collaborated with maintenance technicians. Mac then joined WPD Management in 2015 as a Facilities Manager and later became a Director of Facilities Management. In 2018, they also served on the Board of Directors at WPD Management. From 2022 to 2023, Mac worked at XPO Logistics, Inc. as a Senior Manager of Facilities. Currently, they are working at WPD Management as the Vice President of Facilities.

Mac Hay completed their education in a chronological order. They first attended Ferris State University from 2010 to 2012, earning an Associate of Science degree in Architectural Technology. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Facility Management at the same university from 2011 to 2015, within the College of Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Mac Hay also obtained certifications. In April 2021, they became a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) through the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). In December 2020, they completed the L6 Leadership Development Program offered by Wind + Sail Leadership Partners.
