Melody Keegan is an experienced Facilities Manager at WPD Management since December 2019, where responsibilities include collaborating with property managers and vendors to address issues, negotiating vendor contracts, outlining work plans, and managing project timelines. Prior to this role, Melody served as a Senior Server at ELEVEN CITY DINER LLC from October 2012 to July 2022 and as an Assistant Property Manager at Sudler Property Management from September 2016 to December 2019, providing customer service and assisting in property management tasks. Melody holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Illustration from Columbia College Chicago, completed in 2015.

Beginning in 2010 with a single 3 flat, WPD has experienced tremendous growth and now manages 3,700 units and counting.
