Gonzague NOEL has extensive experience in technical management and maintenance within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Technical Audit Service Manager at WPO since January 2023, Gonzague previously held the role of Responsable opérationnel at BWTS France from January 2021 to December 2022, overseeing a team of 12 technicians and managing QHSE activities, equipment, and stock for wind energy maintenance in France and Belgium. Prior experience includes serving as Responsable maintenance mécanique at THYSSENKRUPP ELECTRICAL STEEL UGO, and holding various positions at ENGIE GREEN following the merger of Future Energie, La Companie du Vent, and Maia Eolis, where responsibilities evolved to encompass broader operational oversight. Gonzague began the professional journey at MAIA EOLIS as Ingénieur Maintenance, focusing on wind turbine reception, maintenance support, and the establishment of a dedicated maintenance service. Educationally, Gonzague holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur généraliste with a mechanical focus from the Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
