Connor Bickford

Connor Bickford has a diverse background in resource management and talent acquisition, currently serving as Resource Management Lead and Capacity Planner at GroupM since August 2022, with additional responsibilities as Total Talent Partner in GroupM Investment. Prior experiences include various roles at Synergy Interactive from May 2019 to July 2022, where Connor progressed from Interactive Recruiter to Recruiting Manager. Previous positions also include Store Manager roles at several retail companies, including Burlington Stores, Inc., Eastern Mountain Sports, and Sports Authority, alongside an Assistant Store Manager position at DICK'S Sporting Goods. Connor holds an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Nassau Community College, completed between 2009 and 2011.
